I have never had a bad experience here. Everything I’ve tried so far has been delicious and consistent. The staff is friendly and pleasant too. Highly recommended.

Sapore di Mare is one of those nice little restaurants that you wish every neighborhood had. The service is top-notch and the homemade dishes are excellent. The pizza is the best around, whether you order in or take out. Certainly a hometown favorite!

Got an order of veal Marsala, and an order of penne capers. Spaghetti with the veal was dry , the veal was a joke, two pieces which together were about the size of a playing card. No wine sauce to speak of...not worth the $14.50. Wife liked her pawned caprese, but I found the penne to be totally overcooked, was like mush in the mouth. I won’t be coming back.

This place is freaking amazing. Their pizza is the best. I will drive 45 minutes out of the way to get pizza here. It can't be beat.

Best pizza in Harford county, in my opinion. The crust has the perfect thickness with still allowing a nice crunch. Very friendly staff.

The pizza here is always delicious. Traditional style, almost want to say it’s a NY style. Stuffed shells and baked ziti are good alternatives for someone looking for more than just pizza. I’ve been giving my business to Sapore’s for almost 10 years and they never disappoint. Support this locally owned, family owned business.

Great little hidden gem! Small and personal eatery with outstanding food and service. Had the bolognese, it was excellent! And tasted the wife's ravioli with pomadora sauce (this happens to be my favorite kinda sauce) and it too was good. Definitely will be back on a regular, trying all the different items on menu.

What's not to love....The bread is amazing, the calamari fresh with delicious marinara sauce.The pizza, pasta, meatballs all fresh and perfect.The wait staff is so personable and friendly.Great place for family, friends, coworkers.Nice options for drinks and the deserts are outstanding too.I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

This restaurant is my first choice restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this place. Whenever I I need a superb lunchon, this restaurant comes straightaway to my head. Great and many types of food and a large menu.helpful staff members, and good mood. Also, the pay is reasonable. I tell about this place with no hesitation.

Great food for very reasonable prices and nice atmosphere

Just moved to town and wanted to find a local spot to grab a quick bite, but this place completely blew me away. I got the chicken and broccoli and my girlfriend got the stuffed shells, both were dynamite. I have Italian family members and managed Italian restaurants growing up, but this was the best Italian food I've ever had in America. Their Alfredo sauce is made from scratch, and it's smooth, creamy, and delicious. The wait staff was friendly and right there when I needed them as well. I was just looking for a little pizza joint to grab a bite from time to time, but this place is so much more than that, 5 stars just doesn't do it justice.

Its the only pizza my wife will eat. I call it in and by the time i get there, its hot and ready. The salads are huge.

Great Italian food also Pizza is pretty Killer too

My Fiance and I go to Sapore quite often and are never disappointed. Every bite brings a smile. The art work on the wall is a joy to look at. I feel like I'm some place else. The Owners are kind and thoughtful, the cooks are attentive to dietary concerns and skilled. The servers are hard working, and able to carry a conversation. I love Sapore. It is a lovely, family Italian restaurant. And I hope to continue bringing my family here as it grows. It's by far my favorite place to go for a good meal.

First time here. I am always glad to try a locally owned place. The building used to be a convenience store, so the parking is tight. It was completely full when we arrived at 6:30, but mostly empty by 8pm. I had the fettuccine bolognese. The "pink" sauce was good, but not exceptional. The portion was huge. The freshly baked rolls brought to the table were a nice touch. The server was very personable. My friend raves about the place. I will be back to try other dishes.

If you haven't visited this gem of a small authentic Italian restaurant nearby, do yourself a favor and please do. I can't possibly list everything I and my family love off of the menu but there is a ton to enjoy. Classic favorites like calamari, bruschetta, spaghetti and meatballs and penne vodka. Plus, amazing cheese steaks, great pizza and house salads. Check FB for rotating weekly specials like the linguini Chesapeake and Key Lime pie.

This place is great! I probably drove past this restaurant a thousand times... finally stopped in and the food and the staff are fantastic! Started with a pizza a month ago and now it is our favorite Italian place. Just finished the best crab and shrimp Chesapeake that I’ve ever eaten!

I have been looking at their billboard on Pulaski Hwy for quite some time. I shouldn't have waited so long! This is a little gem in Joppatowne! Their service was more like home and their food was fantastic! They also deliver in Joppatowne. Quite rapidly and professionally! Highly recommend this beautiful space to eat!

Very good! I am a huge fan of authentic Italian food and this place is the bomb! The food and service is by far better than places that cost twice as much. I can't wait to eat here again!
